Product Overview

BONDERITE® L-CA RH 200 (also known as ACHESON RH-200) is a high-quality solution for long term wear protection and greater release performance in permanent mold casting of aluminum.  BONDERITE® L-CA RH 200 is a soft, black paste formulated with water, silica, and solid graphite particles for exceptional pressure capacity.  

Applications

BONDERITE® L-CA RH 200 is an easy-to-use solution for greater tool & die life in permanent mold applications.  BONDERITE® L-CA RH 200 should be diluted prior to application or spraying, a recommended starting dilution ratio is (1:4) BONDERITE® to water.   It is also recommended that the surface area be cleaned prior to application and be pre-heated to at least 200°F (93°C).
