BONDERITE® L-GP G ACHESON

BONDERITE® L-GP G ACHESON (also known as AERODAG G) is an aerosol lubricant that leaves behind a dry film coating with superior lubricity and electrical characteristics. This lubricant contains highly refined graphite dispersed in isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and a specialty thermoplastic resin binder system. Due to its solvent and aerosol nature, BONDERITE® L-GP G ACHESON cures quickly at room temperature without a heat source, making its application easy and convenient. Additionally, it demonstrates high adhesion to various surfaces, including metal, glass, and plastic, and minimal surface preparation is needed. This further enhances its versatility and usability in many industrial applications. The refined graphite particles in the formulation are responsible for the uniformity and smoothness of the coating, which maximizes its electrical conductivity. Its high lubricity reduces friction and wear between moving surfaces, improving the durability of component parts and prolonging their lifespan. Its high adhesion, excellent lubricity, and electrical performance are why BONDERITE® L-GP G ACHESON is commonly used in the design of lightweight electrical and electronic parts, including connectors and switches.

BONDERITE® L-GP G ACHESON is also available in a nonaerosolized, liquid concentrate form, named BONDERITE® L-GP 154 ACHESON, approved for general lubricant applications.
