Product Overview

LOCTITE® EDAG 154 E&C (also known as EDAG 154) is a high-performance dry film lubricant formulated with colloidal graphite in a thermoplastic resin system and isopropanol solvent. After curing, LOCTITE® EDAG 154 E&C forms a durable coating for long-lasting surface protection and added conductivity performance. It provides an easy-to-use solution to enhance substrate surfaces with excellent release performance and conductivity properties. Even non-conductive surface types, such as plastics, can benefit from the conductivity performance of LOCTITE® EDAG 154 E&C. This makes it ideal for industries requiring maintenance, repair, and overhaul processes, where reliable lubrication and surface conductivity are essential. Furthermore, its rapid air-curing ability at room temperature ensures efficient application, reducing downtime and increasing productivity. The product's utility extends to various applications such as gaskets, seals, and even low-noise communication cables, which need consistent conductivity for optimal performance. LOCTITE® EDAG 154 E&C comes in concentrate form and can be diluted with IPA or equivalent solvent. Once prepared, LOCTITE® EDAG 154 E&C can be applied using various methods, including brush, dipping, roller or spray system.
