Documents

Product Overview

BONDERITE® S-FN 213 (also known as DAG 213) is a dispersion of fine graphite pigment in an epoxy resin solution. It provides exceptional adhesion to epoxy circuit boards, bushings, plastics, and ceramics, and imparts excellent wear protection. This unique formulation ensures that electronic components and mechanical systems benefit from enhanced durability and extended operational life. BONDERITE® S-FN 213 can also be utilized as a lubricant coating for clean, dry, long-lasting, and maintenance-free lubrication. By reducing the friction of mated metal parts, it helps prevent galling and seizure, which are common issues in high-stress applications.

Applications

Lubricating coating for various applications, including:

Electronic circuit boards
Bushings
Threaded connections

Features & Benefits

Superior adhesion to wide variety of substrates
Flexible over wide temperature range
Excellent release properties and low coefficient of friction
High lubricity
Repeatable and controlled electrical resistance properties
Minimal pre-treatment needed

Problems Solved

Poor surface coverage and adhesion performance
