BONDERITE® L-FM 204C (also known as BONDERLUBE 204C) is a non-reactive, solid lubricant for wet and dry drawing operations. The lubricating coating adheres to steel and copper-coated wire and rod to facilitate pick-up of dry drawing soaps and prevent removal of wet lubricants due to "wash off." By providing a reliable barrier, BONDERITE® L-FM 204C significantly enhances the efficiency of drawing operations, reducing downtime and improving overall productivity. It is engineered to optimize the interaction between the metal surface and lubricants, ultimately resulting in superior surface finishes and prolonged equipment life.
