BONDERITE® L-FM 235 (also known as BONDERLUBE 235) is a reactive, powder lubricant applied to phosphate-coated steel surfaces prior to cold forming operations. This advanced lubricant is engineered to integrate seamlessly with the phosphate coating, optimizing the preparation of steel surfaces for subsequent forming processes. BONDERITE® L-FM 235 provides superior film strength and corrosion protection, which not only enhances productivity by reducing equipment downtime but also contributes to a longer die life. Its unique formulation ensures that even under strenuous operating conditions, surface friction is minimized, thereby reducing the risk of deformed metal or poor surface finish, which can significantly affect the quality of the final product.
